We also host social events across our sites to encourage all colleagues, whether they are from the shopfloor, the office, or the Senior Leadership team to meet other people, get involved in games, and have some free time together.
We want our colleagues to come to work every day happy and healthy, and believing their views are valued and respected. We offer an Employee Assistance Programme that provides counselling and support to employees who may wish to speak to someone.
With Mental Health First Aiders across all our departments, there's also always someone at work to speak to confidentially, and we encourage all our interested colleagues to join the scheme.
An anti-bullying and harassment policy in place, with appropriate training and colleague communication programmes so everyone is on the same page about what is and isn't acceptable at work.

We have Group Health & Safety Team, plus site leads, tasked with maintaining our high standards for all our colleagues, customers, visitors, and contractors.
We're certified to ISO: 45001 standards and have heavily invested in internal and external training courses to ensure our colleagues are trained and competent to complete their tasks in an efficient and compliant manner.
